- Learned why prompting is important and how to design effective prompts using role, instruction, context, examples, and constraints.
- Explored advanced techniques such as Chain-of-Thought, RAG, and role prompting to improve LLM output quality while optimizing cost.
- Received practical guidance on how beginners can start building AI Agents.
- Reviewed two representative projects:
- Locker Management (AIoT): Integrates AWS IoT Core, Amazon Rekognition, RFID, sensors, and cameras to manage equipment borrowing and return.
- Plutus: A personal finance app using Amazon Textract for smart bill OCR processing.
- Joined the Q&A session to discuss AI, Cloud, and IoT topics with speakers and students.
Outcomes and Values Gained

Personal Experience
This event gave me a more practical perspective on learning and applying AI. The prompt engineering session helped me understand that model output quality depends heavily on how context and constraints are designed. In addition, the real project showcases motivated me to focus on building solutions with real-world value.
